August -6 of 1; Half a Dozen of Another

Marko and I went whale watching this weekend off the coast of Provincetown, Cape Cod, MA. Forty-five to 60 different whales were visible and feeding during our sunset tour. We were so lucky! Humpback whales stick their top jaw/nose out of the water to drain the water and trap the fish that their air bubbles push up to the top. There were about 12 whales in one bubble pool at one time. This picture shows six. Although this was Marko's first time whale watching, it was our last time staying at my grandparent's, Bud & Barb, house before it is sold :( Sincerely, A.
